Early Intervention

When infants, toddlers and young children are not meeting their typical expected milestones, they may require early intervention.

Early intervention seeks to close the gap in the young child's delay in order to ensure that they meet their expected milestones.

Early intervention also ensures that no other milestone falls behind and that no other milestones are overlooked.

Don't accept a 'wait and see' response from anyone.

Don't waste valuable time.

Don't wait for an assessment of needs.

Trust your gut.

If your child is presenting with the above, seek early intervention.
