It can be tricky to pin point particular trends in behaviour unless you are documenting them. This ABC behaviour chart allows you to track instances of behaviour that you wish to reduce.

By simply charting behaviours for a week or more, this can provide you with valuable information about what triggers certain behaviours and how people respond to these behaviours (which can oftentimes keep the behaviours happening!). With this information, you can create meaningful change in the behavioural dynamic by influencing triggers and changing how you respond to behaviour.

If you are unsure where to go with your behavioural data, you can always reach out to a BCBA (board certified behaviour analyst) with your data in order to obtain assistance with behaviour change.

Simply download, print and begin charting.
