If you require a thorough toileting assessment, a written toileting support programme detailing all of the recommendations and procedures to be implemented, along with ongoing supervision and assistance from me, this option may be for you. Please note that this option covers any major toileting difficulties such as smearing, regression and loss of toileting skills, stool withholding, and extreme toilet fears and anxieties. These issues are more complex and would require a thorough assessment and supervised structured plan. • Review of client information sent through to me (toilet referral form). • Review of initial two-week toilet tracker (collected by you) (more than 2 weeks may be required in some cases). • An online parent interview via video call to complete an in-depth assessment (1-1.5 hours). • Assessment and analysis of all the above information. • A tailor-made written multi-component toilet intervention plan for your child. • Any personalised materials to be made for your child’s toilet support plan (e-copy). • A video call to hand over, run through and discuss the implementation of the toileting plan (1-1.5 hours). Here we will set a date to begin our plan. • Daily review of your toileting data (4 weeks). • Check in via email when and where necessary (4 weeks). • Any amendments to the plan that may be required during the 4-week period. *Pre-payment of this service is required at the time of booking and an invoice will be emailed to you. * Please be advised that some toilet interventions might take longer than 4 weeks and could require ongoing monitoring, support, and supervision. There will be additional charges if you require this.
